Problem:
The existing infrastructure made it difficult to manage the telephone system for multiple locations from a single site. Metropolitan Telephone faced the challenge of deploying a new multi-site setup while working within the bounds and limitations of each sites original network design while still maintaining the highest level of security and encryption.
Solution:
Metropolitan Telephone was able to design and implement a centralized MiVoice Business Solution with remote IP phones connected via a MPLS secure network allowing reliable connectivity between locations. The new system allows the customer to direct-dial extensions between all sites through private IP routes, the entire system benefits from MPLS quality of service (QoS).
