Solution:
Metropolitan Telephone upgraded the existing legacy telephone system with a new Mitel solution for the hospitality industry which supports small to midsize hotels. Over the next few years all ten locations will be migrated to the new Mitel solution offering simplicity, reliable communications and flexibility within the network. Presently, three out of the ten location have been fitted with a Mitel SX200 AX Hospitality system with PMS integration. The new voice solution will make it easier for management to meet the daily needs of providing accuracy and efficiency to their clientele.
